  At the heart of the Primitive or Original Baptist doctrine is the pure gospel of God. He chose an elect people from before the foundation of the world; and everyone of His children will be with Him in glory for eternity. None will be lost.
  
  We don't do anything to obtain our eternal salvation. Jesus paid it all; and at the cross he declared it to be finished. The fact that we believe in His death, burial and resurrection is the evidence that we are His sons and daughters.
  
  There is a temporal salvation that takes place inside of time; this is the call to discipleship that can save us from this godless world system.
  
  We sing, we pray and we hear a gospel message that glorifies Jesus alone. If you are looking for a simple place of worship that connects you to the early gentile church, VPBC will welcome you in the love of Christ.
